What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment options:

Credit Card is available upon request. A charge of 3% + Php 15.00 is applied per transaction.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or Chat with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy. You may return items that are unused and in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Can I change or cancel my order?​
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing it. Once an order is processed, we may not be able to make changes.

Do you offer international shipping?
We don’t ship internationally for now. However, this will be part of our future plan to ship local products abroad.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery period may vary based on location:

Metro Manila and GMA: 1 to 2 Business Days

Luzon: 3 to 5 business days

Vis/Min: 5 to 7 business days

Note: We also arrange same day delivery within Metro Manila and GMA upon confirmation of payment.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.​
